Chicago Compensation Association

Managing a workforce of any size requires individuals with the right qualifications to control compensation processes. The Chicago Compensation Association (CCA) is an independent professional association that has been offering services in Chicago since it was founded in 1976. The CCA is an association that is made up of independent compensation, human resource, and benefits organizations that have formed an alliance. Through this alliance, they can represent professionals from around the globe. The services available include the education and development of compensation professionals through various channels. The leaders in this association are volunteers. Each month, the board of directors has a meeting that focuses on developing programs and offering support through various sub-committees. To further drive their agenda, the CCA sponsors presentations and seminars that include subject matter experts on both a local and national level. Informally, round table discussions amongst compensation professionals also take place so that ideas and solutions to various issues can be shared.
